Phyllis Garland is a freelance web designer and developer based in Silicon Valley, California. Phyllis works in both MAC and PC platforms, and is comfortable with a variety of web design software applications, such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and computer languages such as CSS, Javascript, Action Script, xHTML and HTML.
